Professional Experience

  • 2020–present: CNRS Research Engineer at the Laboratory of Bio-inspired Chemistry and Ecological Innovations (UMR5021), Grabels, France. Experimental and theoretical characterization of metal ecocatalysts.
  • 2010–2020: CNRS Research Engineer, European Institute of Membranes, Montpellier, France. Head of the Membrane Engineering and Biomolecule Characterization Unit (QCM, DLS, Fluorescence, CD, Patch Clamp), with a primary focus on molecular interactions and the effects of confinement on reactivity.
  • 2004–2010: Postdoctoral researcher and project leader in the Adaptive Supramolecular Nanosystems team at the European Institute of Membranes in Montpellier, France.

Training

2003: PhD chemistry through a joint program between Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh (Scotland) and the University of Massachusetts Amherst (USA), under the supervision of Prof. G. Cooke and Prof. V.-M. Rotello.
