A native of Verdun and a professor at Henri Poincaré University in Nancy from 1994 to 2003, Claude Grison is a pioneer in ecocatalysis, an approach that combines ecology and chemistry. As director of the CNRS’s ChimEco laboratory, she received the European Inventor Award in 2022 and, in December 2023, the Influential Woman Award in the “economics” category.
