"The industrial demand for depollution and the production of biosourced molecules is real" Claude Grison, European Inventor Award 2022

In her laboratory at the University of Montpellier, researcher Claude Grison studies the use of plants to clean up terrestrial and aquatic environments. Her work goes far beyond simple depollution, as she then uses the extracted metals to create natural catalysts to produce molecules for industry, including construction. Already the winner of the CNRS Medal for Innovation in 2014, this summer she received the European Inventor of the Year Award from the European Patent Office.
