The European Patent Office honored French scientist Claude Grison with the 2022 European Inventor Award in the “Research” category.Theuniversity professor and research director at the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) has developed a method for using plants to extract metal elements from contaminated soil and then using these elements as “ecocatalysts” to create new molecules.
