2022 European Inventor Award: France’s Claude Grison is a finalist!

Often compared to the “Eurovision” of innovation, this award is the only competition of its kind in Europe, organized by the European Patent Office (EPO) since 2006. This year, the excellence of French scientific research is in the spotlight, as no fewer than three finalists are French. Among them is Claude Grison, a research director at the CNRS. She explains her method for decontaminating polluted soil using metal-absorbing plants.
