The Provence cane: what is this plant that is now used in chemistry?

It is one of the world’s most invasive plants. And yet, the Provence cane has an extraordinary property: it is capable of producing new molecules that can be used in medicines or cosmetics. This discovery was made by researcher Claude Grison.
